Sublimation printing is a popular method for customizing football club jerseys and shorts with personalized names, numbers, and logos. Here’s a general overview of the process:

1. Design Creation: The first step is to create the design for the jersey and shorts. This can include the club logo, any sponsor logos, as well as the player names and numbers. Design software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is commonly used for this purpose.

2. Printing: Sublimation printing involves printing the design onto a special sublimation transfer paper using specialized sublimation inks. The design is printed in reverse (mirror image) onto the paper.

3. Transfer Process: The printed sublimation transfer paper is then placed onto the polyester fabric of the jersey or shorts. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine, which causes the sublimation inks to convert into a gas and permeate the fibers of the polyester fabric.

4.Cooling and Setting: After the heat press process, the fabric is allowed to cool down. As it cools, the sublimation inks solidify within the fibers of the fabric, creating a permanent bond. This ensures that the design is durable and resistant to fading or peeling.

5. Finishing Touches: Once the printing process is complete, any additional customization such as stitching on badges or labels can be added to the jerseys and shorts as needed.

6. Quality Check: A quality check is performed to ensure that the final products meet the desired standards in terms of color accuracy, print alignment, and overall appearance.
